Dark Chocolate My Protein: carattere intenso, ricco di fibre
Questa è la mia preferita. Fondente…croccante, buona e senza retrogusto artificiale. In più è ricca di fibre e proteine, ideale per togliersi la voglia cioccolatosa, senza vanificare gli sforzi degli allenamenti. La adoro. Puoi acquistarla sul sito My Protein, qui.
Ma non finisce qui, perché My Protein fa tanti prodotti al cioccolato, come i cookies o le barrette, come queste in foto (che io amo alla follia).

Qui non si scherza. Questa cioccolata è per la donna che non deve chiedere mai!
45 gr di proteine (corrispondenti al 30% del composto), pochissimo zucchero e un po’ crunchy. Tutto sommato non è male, anche se resta un pochino il retrogusto dell’artefatto. Sicuramente è meglio questa della Milka, senza dubbio, proprio! La trovi qui.

Tra quelle che si possono trovare al supermercato, queste sono di sicuro le mie preferite! Il cioccolato è buonissimo, i gusti delicati e non stucchevoli. Le adoro tutte e tre!

- nella combo Energy: pasta al cocco ricoperta al fondente, praticamente è la versione sana e buona del Bounty, è una barretta carbo. Da mangiare o come spuntino in abbinamento a una fonte proteica, o prima/durante una prestazione sportiva intensa. Perfetta anche per il trekking da tenere nello zaino per avere una ricarica di energia.
- Protein 17%: pasta con bacche di goji e mirtilli rossi sempre con copertura fondente, è una barretta con medio contenuto di proteine. Ideale per lo spuntino di metà mattina.
- Protein 32%: pasta al cacao con gocce e copertura fondente. Sembra un po’ un tartufone, non dolce. Buona. La merenda di chi vuole farsi i muscoli 😉

Perché fidarsi e scegliere questi prodotti?
I prodotti che vengono pensati per la perdita di peso o le performance sportive, per quanto “figli di laboratorio”, sono certamente il male minore rispetto alle merendine, snack, kinder e cioccolato varie, mars, twix e compagnia bella. Ovvio che sarebbe bello avere il tempo di far tutto in casa, partendo dalla materia prima, selezionando tutti gli ingredienti di ogni nostra ricetta ma, spesso, questo tipo di finezza e ricerca è incompatibile con la nostra vita.
Per fortuna non tutto ciò che si chiama cioccolata o snack è da considerarsi come cibo poco sano.
Questi prodotti, infatti, proprio perché frutto di ricerca e con un obiettivo di salute/controllo del peso/fitness preciso, sono creati utilizzando quantità di zucchero veramente esigue, se non nulle. Non contengono coloranti strani o ingredienti che attentino alla linea. Certo, se se ne mangiano quantità industriali in un giorno, ovvio che la bilancia darà comunque un triste verdetto! Quindi, attenzione, va bene che non fanno male, ma sempre se consumate con la testa.
Tantissime mie clienti hanno trovato in questi prodotti una vera e propria rivoluzione per le proprie vite! Ora possono permettersi di mangiare qualcosa di buono (e che non fa loro male) ogni giorno, invece che soffrire per la mancanza (o il troppo strafogarsi) di cose che fanno male come facevano prima.
